AHM provide sickness absence and return to work support for people suffering from stress, depression and/or anxiety in and around the Cambridge area.

Our services are suitable for:

• Employees still in work but struggling due to psychological issues
• Employees on sick leave with psychological problems

Our friendly, approachable style, coupled with clinical expertise, enables us to provide initial support whilst quickly identifying the measures that will help an individual overcome their difficulties and get back to normal working as soon as possible - thereby minimising the likelihood of a long term absence.

AHM's independence and impartiality enables employees to raise issues which they may not feel comfortable addressing with their employer.

Referrals are welcomed from both individuals and employers.
