Anderson Health Management provides specialist services to employers who are faced with the complex issues of employee mental ill-health and psychological and emotional problems in the workplace.
Stress, anxiety and depression are at the root of the majority of sickness absence in the workplace.
We work with employees who are in work but struggling to cope and those that are already absent from work.
Our aim is to help avoid long term sickness absence and the disruption a poorly functioning member of staff can have on their team and ultimately your business.
We know that early intervention is critical as the longer an employee is absent from the workplace the lesser the likelihood of a return to work.
Our Services
We provide clear, practical guidance and support to ensure that your employee gets the right help as quickly as possible from the right people to help them return to work as soon as they are well enough to do so.
When your employee is ready to come back to work we liaise with medical practitioners, Occupational Health, HR and Line managers to ensure that a return to work plan is developed that takes account of both employee and business needs.
We are able to provide a rapid, cost-effective and professional response to your referrals. At the outset you will receive clear details of costs, report structure and timescales.
The service is led by Lorna Anderson an NHS trained practitioner with over 30 years experience in mental health case management in both the public and private sector.
