Lorna Anderson provides specialist services to employers who are faced with the complex issues of employee mental ill-health and psychological and emotional problems in the workplace.

Stress, anxiety and depression are at the root of the majority of sickness absence in the workplace.

Lorna works with employees who are in work but struggling to cope and those people who are already absent from work.

Her goal is to help help avoid long term sickness absence which is destructive to both the individual and your business.

Early intervention is critical as the longer an employee is absent from the workplace the greater the likelihood they will not return.

Services
Lorna provides clear, practical guidance and support to both the employee and employer to ensure that the most appropriate help is accessed as quickly as possible.

When your employee is ready to come back to work Lorna can liaise with medical practitioners, Occupational Health, HR and Line managers to ensure that a return to work plan is developed that takes account of both employee and business needs. This may include setting out a plan with reduced hours or temporary adjustments to duties.

Lorna is able to provide a rapid, cost-effective and professional response to your referrals. At the outset you will receive clear details of costs, report structure and timescales.

Lorna is an NHS trained practitioner with over 30 years experience in mental health case management in both the public and private sector.
